- Full payment is required before final confirmation unless agreed otherwise in writing
- Quoted fares and package prices may change before payment is completed
- Additional service fees may apply for urgent changes and complex re-issues
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund rules vary by airline, hotel, operator, and fare type
- No-shows generally result in full forfeiture unless supplier rules allow otherwise
- If approved, refunds can take several weeks depending on the provider
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for cancellation protection
Many discounted fares are non-refundable. Always review fare conditions before payment.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
- You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and entry requirements
- Passports should normally remain valid for at least 6 months after travel dates
- Visa approvals and immigration decisions remain under government authority
- We may provide visa assistance, but final approval is outside our control

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, baggage, and emergency events.
Miqat Travels is not liable for losses that would have been covered under suitable insurance.

- We are not responsible for supplier actions, delays, disruptions, or service failures beyond our control
- Where permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of services arranged through us
